We are a company focusing on development of nanofiber production technologies, nanofiber polymeric membranes and its applications in commercial products. We have developed and patented our own production technology "Hybrid Spinning NT", which allows us to take the development of nanofiber membranes and products to a whole new dimension. By combining several well-known spinning principles into one process step, a dual spinning head and a four-chamber system, we are able to produce laminated and composite membranes from up to 8 different polymers in one production step. We open the gate to unknown materials and products and are ready to develop and subsequently produce nanofiber membranes for a wide range of applications (, cosmetics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food supplements, separation of gases and liquids, sorption and degradation of unwanted substances, energy storage, etc.) for our partners. We use our own technologies and know-how for development and production and are not dependent on licenses and third-party suppliers.

We can develop a nanofiber membrane from a wide range of polymers, whether synthetic, natural or biodegradable, we can design "green" solvent systems and we are able to complete the development of a nanofiber product with the client, for which we are also able to design and manufacture production equipment. Processing a nanofiber membrane into the final product is often the most difficult task on the way to commercialization.

We have successfully launched our own products in cooperation with nanoSPACE Cosmetics. We cooperate with a wide range of academic and development institutions around the world, whether on the basis of commercial or grant research, and produce products for several of our partners who appreciate our flexibility and reliability. Our Team

We are a team of experienced and enthusiastic people who have been working with nanofibers for over 20 years. We have a number of patents, successful projects and commercial products behind us. At nanoSPACE Technology, we use our experience to implement new projects that will help create a better world!

We work with leading experts in the field from around the world, both from the commercial and scientific spheres. Development and production takes place mainly in the Czech Republic. The main goal is to commercialize the results of development activities carried out in the Czech Republic. Cooperation with partners from the commercial and development spheres will thus perfectly combine unique know-how developed in our territory. 

Jan Buk / Executive Director

Mgr. Jan Buk is a graduate of Charles University in Prague. He is the vice-chairman of the executive committee of the Nanotechnology Industry Association of the Czech Republic. He has more than 12 years of experience in the development of nanofibrous materials and their production. He is the co-author of many patents and utility models in the field of nanofiber production and their application. He is responsible for company management, development of final applications and he participates in the design of production equipment.

Tomáš Hřebíček / Director of Production

Ing. Tomáš Hřebíček is a graduate of the Technical University of Liberec and VŠCHT Prague with a thematic focus on nanotechnology. He has more than 6 years of experience in the research and development of nanofibers and their production. He is the co-author of many patents and utility models in the field of nanofiber production and their application. He is in charge of the laboratory results upscaling to industrial production, the development of nanofiber applications, the design of production technology and the actual production of nanofiber materials.

Jana Růžičková / Director of R&D

Ing. Jana Růžičková, Ph.D. graduated on the Technical University of Liberec. He has more than 19 years of experience in the development of nanofibrous materials and their production using all known commercially available technologies for their production. She is the author and co-author of more than 20 patents and utility models in the field of nanofibers, their applications and devices for their production. She is responsible for research activities, material engineering, product composition design, laboratory development, preparation of patent applications and research projects and their administration and coordination.
